Project Overview
Colby’s new Gordon Performing Arts Center is a 74,000 sq./ ft. addition to the Colby Campus, located on Mayflower Hill, Waterville, Maine. This facility will be the most innovative and advanced arts facility in New England when completed. Sargent’s scope of work consists of the underground 2500-amp, 480/277 Volt secondary service power distribution throughout the facility. We also provided all convenience power, interior lighting and controls, site lighting, fire alarm system including a bi-directional amplification system, and raceways for all low voltage systems in the facility. Additionally, Sargent is responsible for coordination of the theatrical lighting system which is provided by others.
