Project Overview
Sargent Electric’s scope of work consists of a 2000-amp 208/120-volt service entrance, electrical distribution system, and life safety emergency generator. Interior lighting consists of numerous high-end track lighting selections in the gallery sections as well as standard task type lighting in common and areas. Site lighting is included to match the historic downtown themed lighting already in place. Systems include fire alarm and area of refuge, lighting controls, convenience power, and raceway systems for low voltage installations by others.
