Sargent Electric is the Prime Electrical Contractor for the new 547,888 SF First National Bank tower in Pittsburgh, PA. This new building will serve as First National Bank’s Corporate Headquarters and includes more than 387,000 SF of office space, more than 20,000 SF of ground-floor retail space, and a two-story parking garage with EV chargers. Sargent performed the full electric scope including power, distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, security systems, data and telecommunications, and generators. Sargent is responsible for all site lighting and site power.

The new First National Bank Corporate Headquarters aims to revitalize the Hill District in Pittsburgh, supporting their efforts to empower the Minority Depository Institution’s (MDI) mission to deliver financial services and resources to a historically underserved community.
